Imerovigli Thira
Villa Happening is located in Imerovigli, the most famous village after Oia. It is built in the central square and has view to the east side of Santorini. In a close walking distance you will find restaurants, coffee houses and mini markets. Imerovigli is only 1 km from Fira, the island’s capital and can be easily reached by bus, car or even on foot. In Imerovigli you will see the remains of Skaros, the Venetian castle, which was once used as an observatory tower. As you follow the path that begins from “Skaros” you will find the little church of Theoskepasti. Time has stopped at the narrow cobblestone paths, the old buildings and the traditional houses.
